Landlords lose their strongest leverage the moment a tenant decides to leave. ZD Rewards™ links the bulk of the accumulated rewards to settling the final account, so the tenant has money riding on leaving cleanly.

How It Works

Throughout the tenancy, tenants accumulate rewards for on-time payments and property care. When the lease ends, the bulk of those rewards are linked to settling the final account in full: any outstanding rent, damages or cleaning costs.

That gives the tenant a financial reason to cooperate at move-out instead of walking away from the obligation. It is a carrot where the landlord traditionally had no leverage.
