If something has gone wrong, email complaints@leasesurance.co. We acknowledge every complaint within one business day and provide a written resolution within six weeks.

If it is unresolved after six weeks, or you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may refer it to the National Financial Ombud Scheme for anything concerning the policy or a claim, or to the FAIS Ombud for anything concerning advice or our intermediary service.
